As Founder and CEO of Lev Living and the Lev Group of Companies, Yaniv has entrepreneurship in his DNA. Since 2008, he has played a key role in expanding Byron Equities Inc.’s Canadian real estate portfolio. In 2013, Yaniv founded Koler Builders, a construction management firm delivering successful projects throughout Ontario. In 2021, Yaniv further pursued his vision of leading a fully vertically integrated development firm by establishing Lev Living— an organization that prides itself on quality and delivering results from initial conceptualization to final closing. Yaniv oversees all aspects of Lev Living’s operations, from site identification, design, construction and ensuring the firm engages top consultants and contractors who align with LEV’s vision. Yaniv’s leadership has propelled Lev Living’s growth, transforming it into a powerhouse building thousands of homes across southern Ontario.
