Motasem is adept at leading teams through the most challenging stages of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Before joining LEV, he spent more than a decade in Dubai and the UAE, where he led a number of transformative projects, consistently driving excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency.
