Jinny brings over a decade of expertise in real estate development, overseeing design, entitlements, sales and marketing, and overall delivery of Lev Living's projects. Prior to joining LEV, Jinny led the master planning and entitlements for Northcrest Developments’ 102-acre The Hangar District. This transformative project featured 5 million square feet of residential, commercial and light industrial uses, together with new parks and community infrastructure. Jinny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
