Hartley Brown is a seasoned accounting professional with over a decade of experience in assurance and financial reporting. In his previous role as Senior Manager at RSM Canada, he led audits for mid-sized private and private equity-owned companies across a wide range of industries, specializing in financial statement preparation and compliance, consolidation accounting, and advising clients on complex technical accounting matters in accordance with ASPE and US GAAP. Hartley holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Guelph and earned his CPA, CA designation in 2018.
