With over 30 years of experience in real estate, construction management and seniors housing, Adam is responsible for all aspects of financial management of the company. In his role, Adam provides strategic direction to a team of dedicated finance professionals covering all aspects of accounting, internal controls, budgeting, risk analysis and financial planning. His experience has allowed him to develop and implement financial policies and procedures that enhance compliance and ensure financial health. Adam holds an Honours Degree in Economics and Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.
